Buen servicio, buenos cuartos y muy cerca de playas publicas
Places are quite small so that's one thing to consider but side from that it's a great place to stay and worth the money. Wish the pool were open till 10 instead of 8 but it's not a big deal.
Estuvimos cinco días y la pasamos muy bien. Aire acondicionado, WIFI, agua caliente y la cama muy cómoda. La zona es muy tranquila, a una cuadra la Quinta Av. y cerca de la playa. Es un lugar al que volvería sin dudas.
I thought this was place great, and well worth the price. No bugs in the room, and even if there were..it's a tropical destination, I traveled enough that bugs don't bug me anymore. Was nice to see lil lizards around the yard, and the pet turtles are cool. The pool was great and there are seats around the pool to relax. Location was right off fifth, a bit of distance from the Marina, but walkable. Everything is code locks from the front door to your room door, I actually prefer this as you don't gotta worry about losing keys or cards. The room itself wasn't spectacular, but it was perfect for me, I don't book a 50/night place and expect a 5star hotel. Wifi was good, AC was good, hot water in the shower, and the fridge kept my drinks cold! My only issue was the pillows, not the comfiest but I've slept on worse. I'll prob return to Playa in the future, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The place is exactly like in the picture. The hostress are really helpful, and they are always available. One things that aliitle bit disturbed me is that the shower was too small and the door wasn't close ( it caused all the shower area to get wet). The location is great really close to the 5 ave without all the noise. There is a lot of good equipment in the apartment.
On a réservé avec Airbnb un logement dans la Fortaleza. Tout s'est très bien passé! La cour est superbe avec la piscine creusée. L'hôte était réactifs à nos demandes. Le quartier est super, plein de petits restos aux alentours. Merci

This was my first AirBnb, I normally do long term leases, which they offer too, but this has everything you need to be here for a week or months. Kitchen is a traditional sized kitchen for MX, the property is super clean, and very, very well maintained. The Owners did not cheap out on ANYTHING, and it makes for such a nicer stay! Property is very secure, the location is absolutely perfect, and from The Owners to The Staff, you can tell people care about what they do, and take pride in it. There is a nice area on the roof for nighttime, very nice breeze and awesome views. I know pools, and the depth this is pool is Perfecto, and you have to love the Silky Grass to walk on bare foot or lie down on; it's like a flipping cushion!! Jaja Then there are Tom and Jerry, the two turtles always looking for trouble that live here. Bravo Guys! Mucho Gracious for EVERYTHING!!!
